2) The quotation is by Helen Keller. The music is from "What a Wonderful World".
3) The quotation is by William Shakespeare, from "Julius Caesar". Ian adapted the music from a song about, "A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away".
4) The hourglass was inspired by the one the Wicked Witch of the West used in the 1939 classic movie, "The Wizard of Oz". The music is from "Dance of the Hours", by Amilcare Ponchielli. It is also known from the classic 1963 song by Allan Sherman, "Hello Muddah, Hello Faddah (a letter from camp)".
